兩者的基本義均為“遇到”，其用法和區(qū)別大致如下：

1. 表示約見某人、迎接某人、認(rèn)識(shí)某人等，通常要用 meet。如：

　　We went to the station to meet her. 我們?nèi)ボ囌窘铀?/p>

　　Glad to meet you. 認(rèn)識(shí)你很高興。

2. 表示偶然遇到某人，可用 meet 或 meet with；表示偶然遇到某物，通常用 meet with。如：
