孫東明,中國(guó)科學(xué)院金屬研究所研究員。孫東明,男,漢族,1978年12月出生,中共黨員,現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院金屬研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,創(chuàng)新課題組組長(zhǎng)。2012年入選中國(guó)科學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”,2013年入選國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才項(xiàng)目,2014年獲得國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目資助。

2001年09月-2006年06月:博士,微電子學(xué)與固體電子學(xué)專業(yè),集成光電子學(xué)國(guó)家(聯(lián)合)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,電子科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,吉林大學(xué).
2006年09月-2008年04月:博士后研究員,Frontier創(chuàng)造共同研究中心,日本東京工業(yè)大學(xué).

科研項(xiàng)目
透明柔軟的薄膜晶體管電路在未來(lái)電子紙、柔性電池、電子標(biāo)簽、柔性顯示和透明顯示等領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,器件性能的突破源于新型有機(jī)或無(wú)機(jī)材料的發(fā)現(xiàn)和選用。不同于傳統(tǒng)的硅基電路,柔性電子器件需要采用新材料和新技術(shù)制作于柔性的塑料等襯底上。氧化物半導(dǎo)體具有較高載流子遷移率,但機(jī)械柔韌性較差。有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體的室溫工藝條件和低成本優(yōu)勢(shì)是未來(lái)柔性電子發(fā)展方向之一,但其載流子遷移率較低、環(huán)境穩(wěn)定性差等問(wèn)題仍亟待改善。新型碳納米材料(如碳納米管、石墨烯)具有優(yōu)異的電學(xué)、光學(xué)和機(jī)械特性,適合于制備透明柔性的薄膜晶體管電路,將極有可能促進(jìn)柔性電子器件的發(fā)展。
獲獎(jiǎng)榮譽(yù)
2011年在NT11 International Conference on the Science and Application of Nanotubes會(huì)議上,獲得“Best Poster Prize Winner”獎(jiǎng)。
2009年獲得Sensors and Actuators, A: Physical雜志頒發(fā)的“Valued Reviewer”獎(jiǎng)。
2005年獲得了國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委頒發(fā)的“惠普中國(guó)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)”。

人物訪談
全國(guó)人大代表、中國(guó)科學(xué)院金屬研究所研究員孫東明2006年吉林大學(xué)博士畢業(yè)后,留學(xué)日本東京工業(yè)大學(xué)和名古屋大學(xué),從事微納電子器件領(lǐng)域的博士后研究。2012年,孫東明回國(guó),加入中國(guó)科學(xué)院金屬研究所,主攻納米碳材料電子器件研究。
2018年,作為青年科技工作者代表,40歲的孫東明當(dāng)選第十三屆全國(guó)人大代表。
疫情期間,身兼中科院金屬所工會(huì)主席的孫東明沖到了防控前線。一度緊缺的口罩激發(fā)了孫東明的科研靈感,他對(duì)學(xué)生說(shuō):“我們是研究納米碳材料的,新材料能不能應(yīng)用在防護(hù)產(chǎn)品、病毒檢測(cè)上,就看我們了?!?/p>
3個(gè)月時(shí)間,團(tuán)隊(duì)已經(jīng)有了一定科研成果。孫東明說(shuō),疫情給我的最大啟示就是帶著問(wèn)題去進(jìn)行研究,從國(guó)家和群眾需求的角度搞科研。
